Printer Rental Policies:
1. Rental Agreement:
- A rental agreement will be created and agreed upon by both the renter and Postyman.online outlining the specific printer model, rental duration, rental fees, and any applicable additional charges.
- By proceeding with the rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Rental Period and Fees:
- The rental period commences on the agreed-upon start date and ends on the agreed-upon return date.
- Rental fees are payable in advance for the agreed-upon rental period.
- Late return of the printer may incur additional charges as specified in the rental agreement.
- Every printer rental cost is based on 3% of the Printer price. Discounts applicable on long durations
3. Payment:
- Accepted payment methods will be clearly stated on the Agreement and during the rental process.
- 60% of the price will be reseved as security for the printer rented.
- All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the total rental cost.
4. Delivery and Pickup (if applicable):
- We offer free delivery throughout united states for the printer where ever you need . It can take upto 3 business days for the printer to reach you.
- The renter is responsible for ensuring a suitable environment for the printer upon delivery.
- At the end of the rental period, the printer must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon location and time.
5. Use and Maintenance:
- The renter agrees to use the printer in a responsible and careful manner, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- The renter is responsible for providing their own paper and ink/toner unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.
- The renter is prohibited from performing any repairs or modifications to the printer.
- Any malfunction or damage to the printer must be reported to [Your Company Name] immediately.
6. Damage and Loss:
- The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the printer during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.
- If Printer is damaged we will cut the repareing cost from the security deposited
- The renter may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of the printer in case of significant damage or loss.
7. Technical Support:
- Full technical support will be provided for rented printers. We Will offer remote assistance & on-site support if needed.
- Support may be limited to basic usage and troubleshooting. Issues caused by the renter’s negligence may not be covered under free support.
8. Termination of Rental:
- Postyman.online reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the renter breaches these terms and conditions.
- The renter may have the option to terminate the rental early, but may still be liable for the full rental fee or incur early termination charges.
9. Limitation of Liability:
- If the product is damaged then the fee shal be cut from the security deposite.
11. Entire Agreement:
- These terms and conditions, along with the specific rental agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the renter and Postyman.online regarding the printer rental.
